Community Benefits Analysis for planning proposals

Cred Consulting regularly works with developers to provide an assessment of the community benefits that could be delivered through their site. Our assessment, or Community Benefits Analysis™, is based on an evidence-based analysis of the strategic, people and place context; public space auditing; mapping and benchmarking, and a creative analysis of community benefits needs.

Community Benefits Analysis (CBA) helps set up a master plan or proposal for success by understanding community, place and consent authority needs up front, and embedding them into the proposal – rather than trying to retrofit these needs later during review, or as part of a Social Impact Assessment.

We have delivered CBAs for sites across NSW, including the Moore Point Planning Proposal in Liverpool; the Kirrawee master plan in Sutherland, and the Wentworth Point master plan in the City of Parramatta.

We take a Complete Communities ™ approach to ensure our CBAs are meeting social sustainability outcomes, and are based on the unique people and place characteristics of the local area.
