While we are seeing more engagement than ever before, trust in government is low and our sense of connection and belonging is declining. Over the years we’ve heard communities and other stakeholders saying: ‘What’s the point, nobody listens anyway,’ ‘Why did I attend that? What a waste of time’, or ‘I participated but never heard what happened.’

As industry leading engagement and community planning and resilience specialists, we have identified a need to rethink the engagement process.  So, we’ve developed our six ‘C’s’ engagement framework which provides our perspective on how to engage for improved outcomes and experiences.
