Jen Guice – Director, Cred Consulting (facilitator)
Jen has 25 years’ experience in engagement, strategy development and project management working for Government, not-for-profits and the private sector in Australia. Jen is an advocate for social and environmental justice and has been an advisor on a number of environmental policy advisory committees, including Secretary on the board of the NSW Nature Conservation Council, and Chair of the NSW Inland Rivers Network. A warm and polished presenter, Jen has designed and lead significant community and stakeholder engagement projects at Cred, including for the City of Sydney’s Oxford Street Strategic Review project, which won the PIA 2021 Planning Excellence Award for Stakeholder Engagement.


Greg New – Infrastructure Funding and Delivery Consultant, GLN Planning
Greg New is an expert in land use, infrastructure and development contributions planning. His 30-year career stretches across both government and the private sector. Greg shares his development contributions knowledge in seminars, training and journal articles. He is currently a member of External Advisory Group overseeing the implementation of NSW Government’s infrastructure contributions reforms. He is a former Vice President of the Planning Institute of Australia. He has also sat on the Planning and Infrastructure Committees of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW Division).


Sarah Reilly – Managing Director, Cred Consulting
Sarah Reilly is a specialist in integrated strategic planning for local government and working within culturally, socially and economically diverse communities. She has been successfully providing social infrastructure needs advice to local and state government and the private sector for more than 15 years, and understands how to influence positive change and decision making for better community outcomes. Sarah is the founder of Cred Consulting, a unique, socially-focused planning and engagement consultancy. Sarah is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and NSW Divisional Committee Member, and board member of not-for-profit HeadStart Homes.


Jonathon Carle – Principal Infrastructure Planning, GLN Planning
Jonathon Carle is a land use planning, infrastructure, policy and funding specialist with more than 20 years’ experience spanning local and State government and consulting. He is a Principal Infrastructure Planner at GLN Planning and enjoys helping councils navigate complexities of the NSW infrastructure funding system to develop and implement funding strategies that are integrated, practical and simple. www.glnplanning.com.au.


Elise O’Ryan – Associate Director, Cred Consulting
Elise O’Ryan is an urban and social planner whose expertise lies at the intersections of community engagement, strategic planning, urban design, place making and social infrastructure planning. Elise has a broad range of experience in preparing social infrastructure needs assessments, community facilities strategies, community benefit analyses and cultural and place plans, as well as designing community engagement programs and processes. Elise is passionate about creating inclusive, interesting and equitable cities, and understands the importance of establishing a robust evidence base to determine community needs and support positive planning outcomes.
